Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it? No problem, we’re here to help.
If your purchase is not exactly what you’re looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.
We offer returns for either store credit or a refund in the original form of payment.
Please make sure the item(s) you are sending back comply with the following return conditions:
>> Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached including our security pink tag.
>> We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
>> We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.
>> Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for these items and they will be deducted from your refund.
>> Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
>> MANURÍ reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES PROCESS FOR ORDERS WITHIN ROMANIA:
1.1 In your MANURÍ package you will find the RETURN FORM, please fill it out with all the information requested. You can also fill out the RETURN FORM here.
1.2 If you want to exchange a product, please fill in the EXCHANGE section on the return form. At the moment, this service is only available for domestic orders
2. Place the item(s) in the original box together with the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order, the return form (in case you filled it out by hand), and close the box, and tape it securely.
3. Post your parcel using any of your preferred methods. Please note that if you choose to use our Cargus shipping account, a €4 cost will be deducted from the refund.
RETURNS PROCESS FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
1. In your MANURÍ package you will find the RETURN FORM, please fill it out with all the information requested. You can also fill out the RETURN FORM here.
2. Place the item(s) in the original box together with the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order, the return form (in case you filled it out by hand), and close the box, and tape it securely.
3. Attach your Return Label to the outside of the box. Make sure it is still visible, as this will need to be scanned by the courier.
4. Contact the DHL courier and schedule a pick-up using our DHL account written on the Return Label.
5. Give the Waybill Doc to the courier. To track the return of your order, make a note of the Waybill Number.

EXCHANGES
Currently, we only offer exchanges for orders placed in Romania. If you placed an order outside of Romania, you can simply create a new order for the style you wish to have instead and create your return in the meantime – you will be refunded for the unwanted item in maximum 7 business days from the moment we receive your return. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care help desk.
REFUNDS
All refunds are made within 7 business days from receiving your return.
Once your return has been received and accepted by our quality control team, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
For orders within Romania, in case you chose to use our shipping company, a €4 cost will be deducted from the refund.
All international orders can be returned only by using our DHL account.
The delivery costs will be deducted from the refund and they are as follows:
EUROPE: €20
USA: $27
ASIA: €25
AUSTRALIA + ROW: €30
Please note that VAT and custom duties paid by the customer upon receipt of the order are non-refundable.
NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS
