This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit or shop at www.manuristore.com (the “Site”), operated by MANURI CONCEPT SRL, Bucharest, Romania.

Information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect some information about your device and how you browse, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We collect this through cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

When you create an account, place an order, or get in touch with us, we also collect the information you give us directly, such as your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details. If you pay by card, your payment is handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

How we use your information

We use this information to process and ship your orders, manage your account, issue invoices, and respond to your messages. If you’ve opted in, we’ll also use it to send you news about new collections and offers. We use it as well to keep the Site secure, prevent fraud, and understand how people browse so we can keep improving it.

Sharing your information

We share your information with the trusted partners who help us run the Site and deliver your order: Stripe (payments), DHL (shipping), SmartBill (invoicing), Google Analytics (site statistics), Meta (advertising on Facebook and Instagram), and Mailchimp (email marketing). We only share what each of them needs to do their job, and we never sell your data.

Some of these partners are based outside the EU, including in the US. When that happens, we make sure your information stays protected through the safeguards required by EU law.

We use cookies to make the Site work, understand how it’s used, and show you relevant ads. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie banner on our Site or your browser settings.

How long we keep your information

We keep order and invoicing information for as long as Romanian law requires, generally 10 years for accounting records. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe, and account information for as long as your account stays active.

Your rights

Wherever you are located, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. You can also withdraw any marketing consent at any time. To do any of this, just email us at customercare@manuristore.com. If you’re in the EU, you can also reach out to the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP) if you have any concerns.

How to request deletion of your data

Any user, regardless of location, can ask us to delete their personal data, including any data received when signing in with a social media account (such as Facebook). To do so:

Send an email to customercare@manuristore.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm your request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Please note that we may need to keep certain information, such as invoices and order records, for as long as required by law.

You can also remove the Site’s access to your Facebook data at any time from your Facebook settings, under Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here with an updated date.
